Abstract
This Regulation provides for technical and quality standards to be applied on products similar to chocolate, cream and sugar confectionery products that are placed on the market, and it refers to: the names, definitions and general requirements that must be met by producers or handlers; the composition and technical standards to observe; the type and quantity of raw materials and other materials used in production and processing.
