Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications, traditional terms and labelling of wine (Official Gazette 141/2010, 31/2011 and 78/2011) and related to the general terms and definitions, competent authorities and their obligations, certification requirements and standards, and other specific provisions related to the wine labelling sector.
This Regulation also changes certain technical provisions part of the Annexes II, XII and XV of the Regulation on protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications, traditional terms and labelling of wine (Official Gazette 141/2010, 31/2011 and 78/2011).
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union, except for the provisions of the article 5 which shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
