Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the protected designations of origin, protected geographical indications and traditional terms for wine and wine products and provisions related to the labelling and presentation of wine.
Any interested group of producers, or in exceptional cases a single producer, may apply for the protection of a designation of origin or geographical indication. Other interested parties may participate in the application.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
