Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on the quality of beef carcases on the slaughter line (Official Gazette 20/2004).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, technical issues and standards including certain standardized codes and abbreviations, and other minor administrative and technical adjustments.
This Regulation further amends some provisions part of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this text.
