Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards, conditions and other technical criteria for the correct, mandatory classification and consequential grading of beef carcasses on the slaughter line of every facility authorized to slaughter live animals/livestock on the territory of the Croatian Republic, in order to determine the quality of beef carcasses on the basis of the specific results, evaluation tests, including the provisions governing the monitoring and supervision duties and other requirements for the implementation of these activities among other rules related to the quality of the beef meat on the slaughter line.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
