This Regulation changes the provisions of articles 5 and 27 of the Regulation on the quality of beef meat at slaughtering (Official Gazette 2/09).
Changes are related to the definitions and technical requirements.
Technical requirements are been amended as part of the Annex I-VI of the Regulation on the quality of beef meat at slaughtering (Official Gazette 2/09).
