Regulation amending the Regulation on the quality of unifloral honey.

This Regulation amends certain provisions (general scope of provisions defining the meaning of the Regulation) prescribed by the Regulation on the quality of unifloral honey (Official Gazette 84/2000).
Changes are related to article 2. The new article 2 will contain the following text: it is believed that if products lawfully marketed in other Member States of the European Union, European Economic Area or in Turkey, have been produced in accordance with national legislation which provides an equivalent level of protection of public interest, also met by the requirements of this Regulation, may be put on the market, unless the procedure is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EC) no. 764/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 July 2008 laying down the procedures related to the application of certain national technical rules to products lawfully marketed in another Member State and its repealing Decision No. 3052/95/EZ (OJ L 218, 13 8th 2008, page 21).
