Regulation amending the Regulation on remittance of trees, marking of the timber and forest order.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on remittance of trees, marking of the timber and forest order (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 17/2015).
Significant changes are related to the added provisions to article 2 (“submission refers to the selection, marking and measurement of felling trees and the calculation of the wood blade volume”; and “all trees intended for cutting a chest diameter greater than 10 cm shall be included”); article 8 ("the same person may perform all stages of the work of the trees if he is an authorized engineer of the appropriate professional direction"); added issues in article 13 and 22 (measures to prevent the spread and suppression of a harmful organisms); article 24 is now amended to read as follows: “for the purpose of establishing traceability in accordance with the EU Wood Decree (EUTR), for newly produced and properly labeled wood sorting agents (technical wood and spatial wood) for which a certificate has already been issued, a new coat shall be issued subsequently for each subsequent placing on the market and transport, from the first storage location to the final processing site”.
