Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the remuneration rent, lease, easement and construction on public water resources (Official Gazette 89/2010).
Changes are regarding the concrete right and duties; construction related standards; fees and other financial provisions; and other administrative rules including the rights and land tenure procedures.
