Abstract
This Regulation officially determines the exact amount of the fee for the right to rent, lease and construction on public water resources (public land) in order to achieve all necessary economic and/or personal needs of companies and/or individuals on the territory of the Croatian Republic (includes financial, administrative, local government and other technical provisions).
This Regulation does not apply to the Croatian maritime domain and seaports.
