Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of articles 1, 5, 8, 9 and 12 of the Regulation on reporting in the sugar sector (Official Gazette 95/10).
Major changes are related to the: authorization and permits for dealing in the sugar business related activities; monitoring and data collection standards; legal procedures; and duties of the competent bodies.
This Regulation cancels the provisions of articles 10 and 11 of the Regulation on reporting in the sugar sector (Official Gazette 95/10).
This Regulation changes the prescribed provisions of the Annex I of the Regulation on reporting in the sugar sector (Official Gazette 95/10).
This Regulation also changes the provisions of the Annex IV of the Regulation on reporting in the sugar sector (Official Gazette 95/10).
This Regulation adds a new Annexes V, VI and VII as an integral part of the same.
