Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the type, scope, manner, terms and frequency of data delivery in the sugar sector, a detailed method and procedure for conducting inspections and measures and actions of inspectors.
In carrying out the inspection, the agricultural inspector makes a report on the situation, also providing: a) the date of implementation of inspection and the persons present during the inspection; b) verified period and declared quantities; c) techniques used in inspection including, if necessary, sampling methods; d) the results of the inspection; e) an assessment of the severity, extent, permanence and duration of all deficiencies and inconsistencies; f) the signature of the inspector and signature of the official representative of the sugar production facility.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
