Abstract
This Regulation amends various technical provisions and standards part of the Annexes of the Regulation on the sampling plan and methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of mycotoxins in foodstuff (Official Gazette 45/2008).
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
This Regulation further adopts the provisions of the Commission Regulation (EU) no. 178/2010 dated 2 March 2010 amending the Regulation (EC) no. 401/2006 regarding the nuts (peanuts), other oilseeds, tree nuts, apricot, liquorice and vegetable oil (OJ L 2010).
