Abstract
This Regulation makes some changes to the provisions prescribed by the Regulation on special conditions to be fulfilled by legal persons engaged in wastewater activities (Official Gazette 93/1996 and 53/1997).
Changes are related to the financial aspects, inspection costs and obligations of the legal entities involved in waste water management activities on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
