Abstract
This Regulation prescribes special requirements and standards to be met by legal persons whose business area is defined as wastewater sewerage, which represents an activity of particular importance for water management on the Croatian territory.
For the performance of wastewater sewerage activity an approval of the State Water Directorate shall be required attesting that all necessary and prescribed requirements are completely satisfied.
