Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions prescribed by the Regulation on special conditions to be fulfilled by legal persons engaged in wastewater activities (Official Gazette 93/1996, 53/1997 and 102/1997).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, administrative requirements, and other minor editorial adjustments.
