Abstract
This Regulation changes several provisions of the articles 4, 6 and 7 of the Regulation on special conditions for imports of food and feed products originating or shipped from Japan after the incident at Fukushima nuclear power plant (Official Gazette 121/11).
Major changes are related to the further import and export rules and official controls requirements in order to protect the health of the population and the animal health.
This Regulation also provides for a new Annex II which is an integral part of the same.
