Abstract
This Regulation lays down specific conditions for imports of food and feed products originating in or shipped from Japan after the incident at Fukushima nuclear power plant.
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to food and feed, which is exported from Japan before 28 March 2011 or who is harvested and/or processed before 11 March 2011.
The provisions of this Regulation will be updated monthly, taking into account the development of contamination.
