Abstract
This Regulation adds various provisions to the articles 28 and 45 of the Regulation on spirit drinks (Official Gazette 61/09).
This Regulation also changes certain provisions of the Annex II and III of the Regulation on spirit drinks (Official Gazette 61/09).
Major changes are related to the administrative and legal proceedings, labelling requirements.
