Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the trading with greenhouse gas emissions (Official Gazette 69/2012).
Major changes are regarding the: international text references and European Commission Regulations that are implemented through this Regulation; monitoring and data collection issues; requirements for official reporting to the international bodies; and other minor amendments.
