Regulation on the amount and method of calculating and paying the fees for official controls on animals and goods at the borders of the Republic of Croatia with third countries.

This Regulation determines the amount and manner of calculation and payment of fees for official controls carried out at border crossings of the Republic of Croatia, here related to the trade with third countries.
These controls are here aimed for: shipments of animals, products of animal origin, animal by-products and derived products, and non-animal feed when imported from third countries into the customs territory of the European Union for the purpose of its import or transit; consignments of animals and transport vehicles at points of exit from the Republic of Croatia for the purpose of protecting the welfare of animals during transport and transport-related procedures; cases when, in accordance with European or national rules and procedures, there is an imminent threat to human, animal or environmental health.
