Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary animal health conditions (sanitary, veterinary and other) to be respected in trade with bovine and swine species (except for wild boar), between the Croatian and the EU Member States.
The rules here stipulated are also aimed to adopt the measures for detection, control and eradication of classical swine fever.
Many provisions and Council Directives are adopted in accordance with the hygiene-sanitary requirements of the European Union.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
