Abstract
This Regulation approves the pre-export inspection of wheat and wheat flour related to the presence of ochratoxin A and regarding the wheat deriving from Canada.
This Regulation contains provisions that are in accordance with the following Regulation of the European Union: Commission Regulation (EU) no. 844/2011 of 23 August 2011 which approves the Canadian pre-export inspection of wheat and wheat flour to the presence of ochratoxin A (OJ L 218, 24.8.2011).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
This Regulation contains provisions that are in accordance with the following Regulation of the European Union: Commission Regulation (EU) no. 844/2011 of 23 August 2011 which approves the Canadian pre-export inspection of wheat and wheat flour to the presence of ochratoxin A (OJ L 218, 24.8.2011).
