Abstract
This Regulation determines areas of the Republic of Croatia that are designated for the collection non-hazardous packaging waste.
This kind of alternative collection of non-hazardous package waste, object of this text, shall be organized through authorized collectors who are authorized to perform such waste collection. In section II of this text the list of five different collection areas is defined.
Holders of these zonal non-hazardous packaging waste permits, also subject to public tender or public call, are aimed at providing the necessary storage and technical-technological conditions in accordance with the Law on sustainable waste management.
