Regulation on areas of collection of non-hazardous waste packaging.

This Regulation officially determines the areas, of the Republic of Croatia, on which the collection of non-hazardous waste, deriving from packaging/wrapping materials, will be implemented (organized through authorized collectors who are obliged to provide storage and technical-technological conditions in accordance with the necessary environmental standards and rules governing such waste management activities).
The list of the above mentioned areas is listed inside the provisions of the article 2 of this text.
