Abstract
This Regulation provides the correct manner necessary for the auction of greenhouse gas emission allowances and all procedures to be considered when conducting the auction, conditions for the access to the auction, the tasks of the competent authorities and auctioneer in order to implement EU Regulations governing the auction of greenhouse gas emission allowances.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
