Abstract
With this Regulation, the Ministry of Finance determines the auctioneer which will be engaged in auction process related to the allowances for greenhouse gases in the emission allowance trading system of the European Union's greenhouse gas emission program, according to the special regulation governing the auctions of greenhouse gas emission allowances in accordance with the Laws in force.
