Abstract
This Regulation provides for: 1) the conditions and procedures for issuing the authorizations for tourism fishing; 2) the content and methods of keeping the register of issued authorizations.
Fishing tourism is permitted only on the basis of the official authorization.
Register of all granted authorizations shall be kept in electronic form as a database called Register of authorizations
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
