Abstract
This Regulation provides full conditions and procedures for: a) the issuance, renewal and revocation of the authorization to conduct energy audit or inspection of buildings and the inspection of heating and air conditioning in the building and training programs for persons who perform energy audits and building control inspection; b) keeping of the register of persons authorized to conduct energy audit for buildings and other related inspection and control duties; c) the supervision of authorized personnel conducting energy audit.
