This Regulation prescribes the form of authorization to conduct small-scale fishing, and the form, content and manner of keeping the register of permits issued for the performance of small-scale fishing.
The approval to conduct small-scale fishing has to be issued by the regional office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the provisions of the Regulation on the authorization form for small-scale fishing, and the form, content and manner of keeping the register of permits issued for small-scale fishing (Official Gazette 89/96) will be no longer in force.
