Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary standards and information related to the quality of biscuits and cookies and their related products, placed on the Croatian market, and it also refers to: the names, definitions and general requirements that must be met; the composition, type and quantity of raw materials and other materials used in production and processing; the other labelling and marking requirements.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
