Regulation on border control stations, inspection centers, control points and other border crossings and customs points where official controls of goods and animals entering the European Union are carried out.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on official controls and other official activities carried out in accordance with regulations on food, animal feed, animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products, defines border control stations, inspection centers, control points and other border crossings and customs points where official controls and other official activities of competent inspections of the State Inspectorate are performed. This Regulation ensures the implementation of the following acts of the European Union: Regulation (EU) 2017/625; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2305 of October 21, 2021 amending Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council with rules on the cases in which and the conditions under which organic products and products from the transition period are exempted from official control at border control stations and at the place where official controls of these products are carried out, and on the amendment of Commission delegated regulations (EU) 2019/2123 and (EU) 2019/2124.
