Abstract
This Regulation here determines the official Croatian border crossings (listed in articles 4 and 5) for non-commercial movement of pet animals when they are brought from/or through a foreign (non EU member) country.
This text transposes and directly refers the provisions contained in the Regulation (EC) No. 998/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 May 2003 on the animal health requirements applicable to the non-commercial movement of pet animals and its amending Council Directive 92/65/EEC.
