Abstract
This Regulation establishes the boundaries of water areas on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
Water area of the Danube river covers part of the Croatian mainland, from which all waters flow, surface or underground route, are official parts of the river Danube.
Adriatic catchment area includes part of the mainland of Croatia, including the islands, from which all waters flow, surface or underground route are parts on the Adriatic Sea, the corresponding transitional waters and coastal waters (are considered also for their chemical and ecological status).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
