Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the details of the special criteria for canceling the status of waste for a specific substance or object, the way of implementing the European Union regulations that determine the criteria for canceling the status of a particular type of waste, the manufacturer's report on the cancellation of the waste status, the content of the manufacturer's declaration of conformity or of the item registered in the Record Book for cancellation of waste status. An integral part of this text are: 1. Annex I Special criteria for cancellation of waste status; 2. Annex II Declaration of Conformity; 3. Annex III Report on the cancellation of waste status.
