Abstract
This Regulation defines the contents of the application for entry in the Waste Disposal Survey and the By-product Checklist, including specific criteria for the abolition of the waste status for certain waste types, further determining the limit values of pollutants and harmful effects of substances and articles as regards the impact on environment.
Various European Union Regulations setting out the criteria relevant to the issues object of this text are implemented and adopted as follows: Council Regulation (EU) No. 333/2011 of 31 March 2011 establishing the criteria for determining the time when certain types of metal waste cease to be waste in accordance with the provisions of the Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council; Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1179/2012 of 10 December 2012 laying down the criteria for determining whether glass graffiti ceases to be waste pursuant to the provisions of the Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council; Commission Regulation (EU) No. 715/2013 of 25 July 2013 laying down the criteria for determining when copper waste ceases to be waste in accordance with the provisions of the already mentioned Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 201, 26.7.2013).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
