Abstract
This Regulation provides for general requirements and standards related to the quality of grain, milling and bakery products, pasta and pasta products which are placed on the market.
This Regulation also regulates the: technological processes used in the production and processing; sensory properties and composition; additional or specific requirements of labelling or marking; type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other materials used in production and processing; classification and specific terminology.
