Regulation on the classification of buildings into groups according to the requirement of fire protection measures.

This Regulation here determines the classification of facilities and buildings or premises into related groups according to the established grade of fire risk and according to necessary fire protection measures that have to be enforced (group 1-less demanding buildings group 2-demanding buildings). Articles 3 and 4 are setting rules and listing the types of buildings according to their group of risk. The Annex offers a detailed list of all types of buildings or facilities that shall be considered (these include animal-livestock facilities, agricultural outbuildings, wineries, wine cellars, greenhouses, warehouses or silos for storing agricultural products).
