This Regulation specifies the closure of the fishing season related to the swordfish (Xiphias gladius).
This Regulation prescribes that it is prohibited to catch and detain on the vessel, unload, transport, storage, exhibit, marketing and selling swordfish (Xiphias gladius) in the period from 1 October to 30 November.
