Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary provisions aimed to determine the exact time and related facts for the mandatory closure of the hunting season on the Croatian territory.
The prescribed rules are governing the prohibition of hunting also based on the type of game and directly depending on its characteristics and the conditions in which it resides (habitat).
The provisions regarding the game will be more technically defined using the dynamics of the growth and development of the single beast, on the trophy characteristics and the natural process of reproduction.
