Abstract
This Regulation provides standards and conditions for obtaining the permission to collect wild plants and their parts, used as medicinal, food, ornamental plants or else from their habitat in order to process them, trade or use for other various purposes.
Collection of wild plants, prescribed by this Regulation, shall not apply to the collection for personal needs.
This Regulation, in the Annex I, provides for a full list of protected crops and plant that cannot be collected as wild plants on the Croatian territory.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
