Abstract
This Regulation provides for the manner of performance of certain types of commercial fishing (with fishing nets, angling tools and other fishing gear); technical features and purposes of certain fishing gear and fishing equipment and spatial temporal limits for fishing in certain parts of the fishing sea; order and conditions for carrying out fishing gear in some parts of fishing sea; and allowed amount of catch per boat (regarding the fishing sea of the Croatian Republic).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
