Abstract
This Regulation defines the design and technical characteristics, methods of use and purpose of use of various fishing gear and tools such as encircling nets, purse and seine (for many species as listed in the text).
This Regulation further determines the official spatial and temporal limitations of fishing with small drift nets, the use of artificial lighting, and the conditions and manner of registration for such activities.
