Abstract
This Regulation determines the compensation for the damage caused by mining activities (exploitation) of mineral raw materials, here only relevant to those operators (natural or legal person) who, without a valid legal basis, performed such mining operations.
A natural or legal person who, without a valid legal basis, carried out mining operations, shall compensate the damage caused by the unlawful performance of the works to the Republic of Croatia as the owner of the mining goods.
The type and quantities of illegally recovered or exploited mineral resources shall be determined by mining inspectors of the national Ministry indicated as competent for mining sector.
