Abstract
This Regulation defines the compensation (or award for sold catch fish and other marine organisms, except some species here listed) terms and issues regarding the support in fisheries products market of the Croatian Republic.
This Regulation also defines the administrative rules, rights and obligations, official entities aimed to grant and deliver the related compensations, and other relevant provisions.
The support is carried out in accordance with the Treaty of Accession of the Republic of Croatia into the European Union ("Official Gazette" International Agreements, no. 2/2012 and 9/2013), according to which the Croatian competent Ministry within the prescribed period will submit to the European Commission a list of existing state aids in the fisheries that will be carried out until 30 June 2016.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
