Abstract
This Regulation determines the exact sum to be paid (by the Croatian government) as official compensation to owners of poultry that were killed (euthanasia) as prescribed by the measures aimed to prevent the spread of avian influenza on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The compensation here defined is related to a specific site/owner as stated in the article 1 of this text.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
