Abstract
This Regulation determines the amount of the national compensation fee as regards the use and energy consumption deriving from Croatian renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration, in accordance with the strategic goals of the Republic of Croatia related to the share of renewable energy sources and cogeneration in its total electricity consumption.
The fee for renewable energy and cogeneration is paid by the final purchaser of electricity, and these compensation fees are here defined as an additional cost to the final energy customer (article IV).
