Abstract
This Regulation prescribes conditionality and social conditionality, the obligees of compliance and control of conditionality and social conditionality, and the implementation of administrative fines. Conditioning and social conditioning are defined in article 3 (Statutory Management Requirements, good agricultural and environmental conditions, regarding climate and environment, including water, soil and ecosystem biodiversity, public and plant health, animal welfare, labor relations, safety and health protection at work). Detailed conditions for the above mentioned practices are given in Annexes I and II of this text.
