Regulation on the conditions and criteria to be met by building energy audits and energy certification of buildings.

This Regulation provides for: the conditions and criteria for issuing of the authorizations for the conduction of building energy audits and energy certification of buildings; the compliance, exemption, duty and responsibility of a person authorized to perform energy audits and energy certification of buildings; the supervision of the persons authorized to conduct energy audits and energy certification of buildings; the register of persons authorized; the conditions for granting of the approval for the implementation of the training program; the obligations of the training program; the supervision of the holder of the training program; the register of holders of the training program; the content and manner for conducting the training program with a full respect for standards prescribed by this Regulation.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
