Abstract
This Regulation prescribes conditions to be met: by veterinary organizations and other legal and natural persons for carrying out disinfection, disinsection and pest control (hereinafter DDD); in veterinary activities, methods and equipment to perform DDD, as well as the way of keeping records and reports on their implementation.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on the conditions to be met by veterinary facilities and other companies and individuals when performing disinfection, disinsection and pest control (Official Gazette 45/92), Regulation on the disinfection of vehicles used for transporting and shipment of animals, animal products and animal waste (Official Gazette 7/92) will be no longer in force.
